After dealing with a bunch of places where I had to ask a million questions just to find anything decent, it was nice to come here and see a good variety right away. I was kind of worn out from the whole service runaround, so having plenty of options made the experience a lot easier.

I’ll be honest, the stuff is cool and I was excited when I got it—though I can’t remember if I ordered it last week or the week before, everything kind of blurred together. Either way, after using it for a bit, I just don’t feel like it was worth what I paid. It’s nice, but not nice enough for the price

I ordered this after looking around for a bit one evening, it showed up pretty much exactly as described. I’ve had a few things in the past where the listing made it sound better than it was, so I was half expecting some little surprise, but nope. It was what I thought I was getting, which is really all I wanted.

"Items were fine, but the tracking was frustrating"
I ordered from Spencer’s and, to be fair, my stuff did eventually show up and everything was in good condition. But the tracking was a mess. It stayed on the same update for days, then out of nowhere it suddenly said it was out for delivery with basically no warning. I tried looking for more info, but that didn’t really help either. I’m not saying the whole order was terrible, because it wasn’t, but it showed up later than I expected and I had no idea when I actually needed to be home. The products were fine, but the communication could definitely be better.

"Pickup was quick, even if I lost track of the timing"
I ordered from spencersonline.com for in-store pickup, and it was easy. I think the pickup email came fast, though I kind of lost track of time and can’t remember if it was right away or a bit later. Either way, when I got to the store, the guy at the counter found my order in maybe two minutes. No waiting around, no weird problems. It was simple and worked like it was supposed to, so I’d probably use it again

I ordered from Spencersonline and the items themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping was kind of a joke. Tracking barely updated, like it was being handled by someone who forgot how packages work, and it showed up later than expected. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying if you actually need your order by a certain date

"Fair Shipping and No Checkout Shock"
I ordered from Spencer’s the shipping cost felt reasonable. I can’t stand when a store hits you with some ridiculous fee at checkout, but this one didn’t leave a bad taste. My order arrived just fine, and I actually felt like the delivery charge was fair. If the shipping stays like this, I’d definitely order again.

"Order got messed up and it was a hassle"
I ordered a few shirts and some small things from Spencer’s, but my package showed up wrong. One shirt was the wrong size, and another item wasn’t even what I picked. The weird part is the receipt had my actual order right on it, so I don’t know what happened there. Customer service did eventually respond, but it took a while, and I still had to go through the whole return process. whoever runs this side of things needs to get it together. I like the store, but the order accuracy definitely needs work...

I ended up needing to cancel my order kind of last minute, and I was expecting it to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. They took care of it quicker than I thought, sent over the email update, and the refund process started soon after. It wasn’t absolutely perfect or anything, but overall I felt relieved. Just one of those experiences where it could’ve been annoying, but it wasn’t.

"Fits like I hoped"
I ordered my usual size, which I was a little unsure about because sometimes shirts are weird on me, especially after I’ve already tossed the packaging. I tried it on right after it came in, while I was still making coffee, and it fit good. Not too tight, not an awkward length, just a solid everyday shirt. I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

I was visiting the fiesta mall in phoenix, az today. stopped into spencers and was purchasing some items. the computer system went down and after 20 min the girl convinced me it was a few more. it got back up running so i purchased the items. i drove home which took me 5 hours with traffic to find that a pair of socks still has its metal alarm still attached. i'm so angry. how am i suppose to use this product? drive another 4 hours to have it removed. i believe i should be compensated something for my time and trouble?.
